I got this as a gift for my baker friend. I asked her how it is going after about a week of use and she said it is great! She loves how light it feels and the velocity and power. She said that the metal attachments seemed flimsy at first but they are actually fine and does the job well.

My old hand mixer would spit batter all over the kitchen because the lowest speed was too intense. THIS one is much better. The lowest speed is nice and gentle, so I'm not making these huge messes when trying to make a frosting. The high speed has been great for making whipped cream. I can do that in less than a minute with this thing. I'm glad I chose this one.
