Easy to install, easy to put the TP on (and it doesn’t fall off when you’re unrolling it), and stuff doesn’t fall off the shelf. We really like it!

This does seem to a sturdy, quality product. I had no trouble mounting it in the grout lines of a tile wall.
It is fairly utilitarian looking but no different than in the pictures. I'm using it a little high up on a wall as a shelf for my phone and a hand towel rack. This shelf has a lip that cups up (good), a lot of other designs I saw tilted down and that would have been much less desireable (less safe for my phone).
Because I mounted it up high(er), I bought screw caps/covers to make the screw heads look dressier.
