It's also excellent sprinkled on deviled eggs or in egg or even tuna salad. A simple, but surprisingly good treat (although clearly not good for you) is to put butter on crackers, then sprinkle them with this paprika, then nuke them or bake them on a cookie sheet. You really get to savor the flavor of a paprika when having it with nothing more than a saltine and butter like that.
